The Crime at Black Dudley (Albert Campion Mysteries, #1)The Crime at Black Dudley by Margery Allingham
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

1929. Invalid Colonel Coombe has arranged a house party at Black Dudley mansion. One of the guests is Albet Campion and Dr. George Abbershaw who is occasionally employed to help the police with mysterious deaths. Then a death occurs. Although Campion plays his part it is Abbershaw who investigates.
An entertaining historical mystery
