A Telegram from Le TouquetA Telegram from Le Touquet by John Bude
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

1954 Inspector Blampignon of the Surete Nationale is called out to the Paradou Villa in Menton, in the South of France, owned by Mrs Gwenny Marrable. As a body has been discovered in a luggage trunk. But why were they killed and where and by whom. Soon various relations and friends of Mrs Marrable descend on the town.
An entertaining and well-written historical mystery with its cast of varied characters.
An ARC was provided by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
