1791. Playwright and MP Richard Sheridan is informed that the body of a harlequin has been discovered under his theatre. But of the two missing actors which is the deceased and what is the connection to the Huguenot Brotherhood. While investigating, the Prince of Wales wants him to trace the author of the anonymous letters he has been receiving.
An entertaining historical mystery. A good start to this new series.
