Twenty years ago actress Wendy Knight on the new soap The Village disappears. In the present day scriptwriter and mother-to-be Angie Bearing, bored with her writing on the daytime soap, starts to write the story of the fictional character Wendy. Until she realises that Wendy actually existed.
An interesting read.
