Ellen Dean, housekeeper to the new tenant of Thrushcross Grange, Mr Lockwood, narrates the history of Catherine and Hindley Earnshaw, and Heathcliff. Of their family conflicts and interactions which will carry on to the next generation. Will any one have peace.
A interesting re-read, not for me of a great romantic story but of in the main truly awful people.
